Mûre Liqueurs creator is UK MasterChef winner Mat Follas, who started making gin and liqueurs seriously about five years ago, and began gin making workshops and made delicious liqueurs, gins, and flavoured spirits for his customers (and himself of course) for over 10 years.

Mat started with blackberry based liqueurs but has now developed five further delicious liqueurs; Properly Bitter Lemon, Marmalade Whisky Roast Coffee & Rum, Sticky Toffee, Strawberry Cup and Cherry Brandy, with more liqueurs in development.

In 2022 Mûre Liqueurs won Great Taste awards for their Just Blackberry and Bitter Lemon liqueurs.

The liqueurs liqueurs are made with no animal products, gluten, artificial preservatives or colours and the minimum sugars are used to create deliciously light and fruity drinks.

The handmade liqueurs are available to by online and hand posted, at least once a week, usually Friday, using a 48hr delivery service.
