British Mure is the brain child of Mat Follas, winner of UK MasterChef 2009.
He started making gin and liqueurs a couple of years ago and has been running gin making workshops for over 10 years.
He started with a blackberry liqueur so that they could be used for cooking, which ended up winning a Great Taste Award.
Since then they have developed further liqueurs including Bitter Lemon, Marmalade Whisky and Roast Coffee Rum, with other flavours in development.
All liqueurs are made with no animal products, gluten, artificial preservatives or colours and the minimum sugar needed to create deliciously light and fruity drinks.
