Rolly’s Brownies are a wonderful gift for any occasion. These award-winning brownies are baked fresh to order using locally sourced ingredients where possible with a range of different flavours available.
Rolly’s Brownies is run by Helen Adams and are created in Weymouth on the Jurassic Coast. After celebrating our 10th Anniversary in 2020 and having outgrown the home kitchen, we now have a wonderful brownie kitchen at the bottom of the garden in a purpose built log cabin. All the brownies are baked in small batches ensuring the highest quality and always using the best ingredients we can find. Each one is made using the very best, delicious dark Belgian chocolate, local free-range eggs from Sherborne, organic flour from Stoates and Sons, Dorset and British butter.
The brownies and flapjacks are so good they have won numerous awards including: Gluten Free double choc chip brownies won Best Sweet Bakery in the Taste of the West Awards 2012 and in 2014 the very naughty Toffee Flapjack won; in 2019 the Salted Caramel Gluten-free brownies won Gold too! Brownies, Flapjack and Tiffin can be purchased online or through various outlets across Dorset and London – a host of stockists can be found on our website.
Rolly’s Brownies are handmade and baked to order and then wrapped to keep them fresh and placed in a beautiful presentation box. We make sure we deliver them in perfect condition and you can customise your gift with a little card and message. Each box of brownies contains 6 pieces weighing just over 400g – it isn’t just gift boxes, you can also order brownies for your weddings and parties including a brownie tower!
New flavours are always in development, with a chocolate flapjack coming soon and a vegan flapjack too. They make the perfect gift in either a gift box or sharing box – though many comment “They are not for sharing!”.
