Sam’s fudge is made using the simplest ingredients with no artificial flavours or preservatives. Our basic fudge mix consists of butter, demerara sugar, condensed milk, whole milk and a bit of icing sugar, with nothing artificial present. It’s the same tried and tested formula we use for our flavoured fudges, you’ll find nothing but natural ingredients and flavours. Our rum and raisin fudge is made by soaking the raisins in dark Jamaican rum for at least 24 hours – nothing artificial about that!
Our aim is to keep our fudge recipe simple. All our fudge is gluten free and we are currently working on a vegan fudge… watch this space!
Sam’s Fudge was started by Sam and Lauren who set up the company as a way to help fund their wedding back in 2015, but one glorious wedding, two children and several years later, are still going! We love the Dorset food scene and enjoy attending food festivals across the county, as well as supplying a number of local shops. All our fudge is available in 100g bags and makes the ideal gift or wedding favour. Make sure to visit us at events all over the region to grab a bag for yourself!
