Dorset Growth Hub offers Growth Grants For Food & Drink Producers

Are you looking at plans for next year, considering increasing production, improving processes and in need of funds to help you with this? Well, we’ve teamed up with the Dorset Growth Hub to bring you their Growth Grants Workshops, a virtual event that can help you get your head around the application procedure.

The Growth Grants workshop will see Dawn Leader, Dorset Growth Hub’s Business Growth Consultant walk you through the process of applying for a Growth Grant from Dorset Growth Hub. Dawn will answer your questions on what you can and can’t apply for, as well as give you tips to give your application the best chance of success.

There will also be examples shared from previous grant applications from food and drink manufacturers (brewers, coffee roasters, winemakers, cheesemakers) to help inspire you. The aim of this event is to provide an in-depth understanding of our Growth Grant process, a look at the guidelines and the application form. We aim to give you all the information you need to write a compelling grant bid.

This webinar is for ambitious Dorset Food and Drink producers/manufacturers and business owners or decision-makers that are in the planning phase of a project that aims to bring business growth. The business must have been successfully trading for at least the past 12 months and is now looking to grow. You could be looking to facilitate growth by improving resilience, creating jobs, investing in equipment and machinery that helps increase production capacity, develop new products, exploit new markets or enhance innovation.

The aim of this webinar is to give you all the tools you need and answer any questions you may have to put your best foot forward and apply for our Growth Grant. There will also be an opportunity to network with other business owners in a similar growth phase and share best practice.
