Forager Spirit handcrafts very small batch infused spirits, liqueurs, premixed cocktails and cordials.
All the flavours used to create our spirits are derived from a number of foraged and locally or ethically sourced ingredients, including wild fruits, local honey, herbs, leaves and spices. We are committed to finding the very best botanicals and other ingredients for every one of our drinks and they are often chosen for their flavour as well as their active compounds that may work as a digestif, an aperitif or to simply lift the spirits.
The infusions are created through the collaborative work of herbal technicians, foragers, mixologists and is inspired by 13th century monks, among others. All these things come together to create truly original, deeply sensuous and deliciously affecting libations.
Our spirits are available at selected stockists and online on our website. Our popular drinks include our Cobnut Gin, created from blending green cobnuts with roasted hazelnuts and our Cobnut Brandy, which blends green cobnuts with roasted cobnuts to create a delicious coconutty flavour.
Our BEaR gin has been described as infamous and is a delicious cocktail of locally sourced blackberries, elderberries and rosehip which forms a deep and rich liqueur, perfect with a lemon tonic or ginger ale! We also produce a Haws and Lovage Brandy made from aged French brandy which is richly infused with a blend of hawthorne berries and lovage seeds and our rhubarb and hazelnut gin, ideal for using as the base of a bellinii!
