Langham Wine Estate is celebrating after all five of their current release sparkling wines were awarded medals in both the IWSC and the decanter World Wine Awards.
This year, there was a dedicated Sparkling Wine Category for the first time. The category had entrants from all over the world and a panel of sparkling wine experts, who were led by Master of Wine and champagne and sparkling wine expert, Essi Avellan. Langham’s Pinot Meunier 2018, Rosé NV and Culver all came away with Silver medals and the Corallian and Blanc de Blanc both received Bronze.
The Corallian also received Bronze at the Decanter World Wine Awards alongside the Culver, Pinot Meunier. The Blanc de Blancs and Rosé NV both won Silver.
Speaking about their wins, Langham Wine said: “Our Rosé NV was the standout star this year, receiving a silver medal in both competitions and as we look forward to a heatwave this week, this will definitely be our go to wine for garden parties and summer celebrations.”
Congratulations to the team at Langham Wine – you can buy your own bottles of their award winning wine here.
