Never tried this seasonal take on the traditional g and t? Well, now you can! The addition of rhubarb makes this drink even more refreshing and summery!
1 kg pink rhubarb stalks
400g caster sugar
Dorset is one of the best producers of gin in the UK, find a range of delicious gins here.
Start by washing the rhubarb, you’ll need to get rid of any leaves and the base, trim the stalks down until they are around 3cm in length. Put a the stalks in a large jar with the sugar and give it a shake. Seal the jar and leave overnight.
The following day, add the gin to the jar, seal again and shake.
Leave the har for around four weeks before drinking.
