The competition will go live 17^th May and will end midnight 31st May.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.
Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry 31^st May. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Entrants must be over 18 years old.

The rules of the competition are as follows:

1. If any error, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3. The prize is as follows:

A full-size 70cl bottle of Shanty’s Organic Seaweed Botanical Vodka. This evocative small-batch botanical vodka offers you an experience like no other. An expertly crafted intricate blend of five hand-foraged organic British seaweeds creates stunning undercurrents of umami flavour. This subtle depth of flavour is further enhanced by ripples of wasabi, galangal, yuzu, bergamot and sea buckthorn dancing on the surface. Each botanical vodka is separately vacuum distilled to extract and retain the freshness that nature intended. •    The Prize will be sent out to the selected winner after communication to confirm they are the winner of the competition.
•    No alternative prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

General Terms

•  A winner will be randomly selected from the submitted information on the Dorset Food & Drink website after the closing date stated. Entries submitted on any social media pages or posts will not be considered.
  •    Multiple comment entries from one person will not be considered and will count as one entry. No third party or automated entries are permitted.
  •   This competition is for UK residents only and entrants must be over the age of 18.
  •    Employees and volunteers of Shanty Spirit Ltd
  •    It is the responsibility of each individual entrant to ensure that they have read and obeyed the competition rules and T&Cs. Any entry found not to comply with the competition rules will be not be considered.
  •    The decision of the Promoters/ third party is final and no discussion will be entered into.
  •    By entering you also agree that your name may also be published on the official Dorset Food & Drink and Shanty Spirit Facebook pages, to announce that you are the winner. You agree that your details will be shared with Shanty Spirit
  •    Dorset Food & Drink and Shanty Spirit reserve the right to amend, extend or fully terminate this competition at any time without incurring liability.

5. To enter, simply visit the Dorset Food and Drink Facebook page and follow the link to the competitions page on our website, fill in the form to be in with a chance of winning.
6. The winner will be notified by 1^st June 12 noon. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The promoter/ third party will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed (see above).
7. The promoter’s / third party decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
