From Dorset with Love have launched a new range of fruity vinegars to their ever growing list of products. Not only this, but the fruit vinegars have also been given a whole new look!
The new products include a Fig Vinegar and a Spiced Orange Vinegar.
The Fig variety is made with locally produced Balsamic Vinegar and plump juicy figs. It makes a great addition to a roast dinner and is delicious with lamb. The team also recommend giving it a try with roasted vegetables, or if you don’t fancy the hassle of putting together a roast, it is also tasty with mushrooms on toast!
The new Spiced Orange Vinegar is zesty and full flavoured vinegar made with fresh oranges and cardamom. It’s perfect for sprinkling over salads for a bit of a zing or use it with a chicken or duck dish to bring a summery freshness.
