Terms and Conditions: 

The competition will go live on 16th August 2021 and will end at midnight on 31st August 2021. 

Details of how to enter are below. 

– Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

– The closing date is 31st August 2021. After this date, no further entries for the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 

– Entrants must be 18 and over. 

The rules of the competition are as follows: 

– If any error, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
-The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

The Prize is as follows: 
 1 x bottle of Black Cow Vodka Negroni

The prize will be sent out to the selected winner after communication to confirm that they are the winner of the competition. No alternative prize will be offered. The prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.  

General terms: 

– A winner will be randomly selected from the submitted information on the Dorset Food and Drink website after the stated closing date. Entries submitted on any social media pages or posts will not be considered. 

-Multiple entries from one person will not be considered and will count as one entry.

– No third party or automated entries are permitted.

– This competition is for UK residents only and entrants must be over the age of 18

– Employees and volunteers of Black Cow are not permitted to enter

– It is the responsibility of each individual entrant to ensure that they have read and obeyed the competition rules and Ts&Cs. Any entry found not to comply with the rules will not be considered. 

– The decision of the Promoter/Black Cow is final and no discussions will be entered into. 

By entering, you agree that your name be published on the official Dorset Food and Drink and the Black Cow Vodka social media pages to announce that you are the winner. 
By entering, you agree to share your details with Black Cow. 

Dorset Food and Drink and Black Cow reserve the right to amend, extend or fully terminate this competition at any time without incurring liability.

Simply visit the Dorset Food and Drink Facebook page and follow the link to the competitions page on the website and fill in the form to be in with a chance of winning. 

The winner will be notified by 1st September 2021. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner. Black Cow will notify the winner when and where the prize (see above) can be redeemed. 

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
