Spring Equinox Yoga & Brunch

Celebrate the arrival of spring with a spoiling morning of yoga followed by a delicious brunch, and take home a very spoiling rejuvenating skincare bag of goodies from The Bridal Beauty Company.

A full body Vinyasa flow yoga with Lucy Findlay

The 2 hour session will have a focus to open and listen to the heart centre, reflecting and energising as we head into spring.  Balancing the nervous system with a nourishing yin flow to close the practice. Brunch 

Following the yoga, there will be a delicious and nutritious brunch by award winning Chef Emily Lampson (www.westonmanorfarm.com)

The event is taking place at The Barn, Weston Manor Farm above the village of Corscombe. The Barn is a striking modern barn conversion. Filled with light and warmth with views over the valley it is the perfect setting.

9.00 am  Arrival and refreshments

9.30 am An all level Energising Vinyasa flow with modifications for beginners and variations for those with a more regular practice to build strength and mobility. Then ease into slow long held yin postures to soothe the nervous system and quieten the mind before closing the practice in our final Savasana, resting pose.* see below

11.30 am An opportunity for a short walk outside to gather yourself after the yoga before brunch if you wish
