Morrish & Banham Wine Merchants are giving you the chance to WIN a fantastic selection of Dorset’s Finest Drinks!

The competition will go live 16^th March and will end midnight on 29th March.

Details of how to enter are below.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.
Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry 29th March. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Entrants must be 18 or over.

The prize is as follows:

Dorset Drink’s selection comprising of one each of the following:
Fordington Gin 70cl
Conker Gin 70cl
Bride Valley Cremant
Furleigh Classic Cuvee
Langham Classic Cuvee
Lyme Bay Golden Cap Ale

• The Prize will be sent out to the selected winner after communication to confirm they are the winner of the competition.
•  No alternative prize will be offered. The contents of the prize are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
• A winner will be randomly selected from the submitted information on the Dorset Food & Drink website after the closing date stated. Entries submitted on any social media pages or posts will not be considered.
• Multiple comment entries from one person will not be considered and will count as one entry. No third party or automated entries are permitted.
• This competition is for UK residents only and entrants must be over the age of 18.
  
• Employees and volunteers of Morrish & Banham Ltd and their relatives may NOT enter this competition.
• It is the responsibility of each individual entrant to ensure that they have read and obeyed the competition rules and T&Cs. Any entry found not to comply with the competition rules will be not be considered.
• The decision of the Promoters/ third party is final and no discussion will be entered into.
• By entering you also agree that your name may also be published on the official Dorset Food & Drink and Morrish & Banham Ltd Facebook pages, to announce that you are the winner. You agree that your details will be shared with Morrish & Banham Ltd.
• Dorset Food & Drink and Morrish & Banham Ltd reserve the right to amend, extend or fully terminate this competition at any time without incurring liability.

The winner will be notified within seven days of winning. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

If any error, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
