The competition will go live on 18th October and end midnight on 1st November.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

Closing date for entry is 1st November. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 

Rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows.

• If any error, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party associated with this competition. 

The prize is as follows:

A Luxury Gift Hamper celebrating the finest local Dorset produce. 

The prize will be sent out to the selected winner after communication to confirm they are the winner of the competition. No alternative prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. 
Entrants must be 18 or over.

General terms:

A winner will be randomly selected from the submitted information on the Dorset Food and Drink website after the closing date stated. Entries submitted on any social media pages or posts will not be considered. 

No third party or automated entries are permitted. Multiple entries will not be counted and will be considered as one entry. 

This competition is for UK residents only and entrants must be over the age of 18. 

Employees and volunteers of Dorset Treasures Ltd are not permitted to enter. 

It is the responsibility of each individual entrant to ensure that they have read and obeyed the competition rules and Ts&Cs. Any entry found not to comply with the competition rules will not be considered. 

The decision of the Promoters/third party is final and no discussion will be entered into. 

By entering you also agree that your name may be published on the official Dorset Food and Drink and Dorset Treasures ltd social media pages to announce that you are the winner.

Dorset Food and Drink and Dorset Treasures ltd reserve the right to amend, extend or fully terminate this competition at any time without incurring liability. 

The winner will be notified by Dorset Treasure ltd. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Dorset Treasure Ltd will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed. 

The promoter’s/third party’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any other party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
