Spring is now in full swing, which means asparagus season is about to begin!
Asparagus pairs harmoniously with Furleigh’s Bacchus Dry, with its hedgerow aromas of pea-shoots and meadowsweet and flavours of gooseberry and passionfruit on the palate.
Local organic vegetable growers Bothen Hill grow their award-winning asparagus just over the hedge from Furleigh’s Bacchus vines, sharing the same ‘terroir’.
Furleigh are taking pre-orders on their Asparagus & Bacchus Gift boxes, which include two bundles of Bothen Hill asparagus and a bottle of Bacchus Dry for £30.
