This amazing side dish from Capreolus Fine Foods makes sprouts much more exciting and is a real winner for Christmas dinner!
Ingredients:
- Sprouts (par boiled)
- 200ml Double cream
- 30 – 50g Dorset Nduja
- 50g Parmesan (Grated)
Pick up your Dorset Nduja from Capreolus here and don’t forget to grab your double cream from a local business too!
Method:
- Slowly simmer the double cream until reduced by 1/3
- Add the Dorset Nduja and stir until completely dissolved into the cream
- Remove from the heat and add ⅔ of the grated parmesan
- Stir the mixture through the cooked sprouts, place in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with remaining parmesan
- Place under a hot grill until nicely glazed
