Dorset Nduja Sprouts from Capreolus Fine Foods

This amazing side dish from Capreolus Fine Foods makes sprouts much more exciting and is a real winner for Christmas dinner!

Ingredients:
  • Sprouts (par boiled)
  • 200ml Double cream
  • 30 – 50g Dorset Nduja
  • 50g Parmesan (Grated)

Pick up your Dorset Nduja from Capreolus here and don’t forget to grab your double cream from a local business too! 

Method:
  1. Slowly simmer the double cream until reduced by 1/3
  2. Add the Dorset Nduja and stir until completely dissolved into the cream
  3. Remove from the heat and add ⅔ of the grated parmesan
  4. Stir the mixture through the cooked sprouts, place in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with remaining parmesan
  5. Place under a hot grill until nicely glazed
