After a challenging 18 months for the food industry, Capreolus Fine Foods are thrilled to share the news that they have received two Golds in this year’s Taste of the West Cured Meats Category for their Venison and Green Peppercorn Salami and their Pannage Ham.
The Taste of the West Awards programme has been promoting and supporting the South West food and drink industry for almost 30 years. It has grown to become the most prestigious food and drink awards programme in the South West. Receiving one Gold Award is achievement enough, let along two Gold Awards!
Capreolus Fine Foods is a multi award winning artisan charcuterie producer in Rampisham, Dorset. All their products are created using locally sourced and locally reared free range meat from traditional and rare breeds wherever possible as well as seasonal wild meats from around the West Country.
