Chesil Cookery – Handcrafted Luxury Afternoon Teas & Bespoke Catering
Newly launched by husband-and-wife team Nicky & Lui Hollomby, Chesil Cookery is a premium catering business based in Wyke Regis, Dorset. Operating from their purpose-built kitchen, Chesil Cookery specializes in handcrafted luxury Dorset afternoon teas, using locally sourced ingredients to create a truly indulgent experience.
Their first deliveries will take place on March 29th & 30th, 2025, just in time for Mother’s Day. Each beautifully presented tea includes:
A selection of carefully curated sandwiches
Portland quail egg Scotch egg
Handmade Dorset Cheddar pasty
An array of cakes and scones, served with homemade strawberry jam and Dorset clotted cream
With extensive experience in the catering industry, Lui trained under Raymond Blanc, worked in Michelin-starred kitchens, and has served royalty, Heads of State, VIPs, and Premier League footballers. The couple previously ran a Michelin-listed 2AA Rosette restaurant in the New Forest and a successful bistro in Southampton.
What’s Next?
Cookery Classes – Later in 2025, Chesil Cookery will offer exclusive cookery lessons, where you can learn to cook like a professional chef, gaining expert tips to elevate your skills.
Festive Treats – At Christmas, expect decadent seasonal goodies perfect for gifting and celebrations.
