Fulvio Figliolini – Third Generation Gelato Maestro

Fulvio Figliolini, affectionately known as “Figgy” by Weymouth locals, is the third-generation owner of Rossi’s Ices. For over 40 years, Fulvio has been at the helm, crafting delicious ice cream and carrying on the family legacy passed down from his father, Eugenio. Beyond his expertise in ice cream, Fulvio is also a talented musician. During the quieter winter months, he enjoys composing music in his own studio, adding another creative layer to his life.

Aimee Figliolini – Fourth Generation in the Making

Aimee Figliolini, one of Fulvio’s daughters, is proudly stepping into her role as Director at Rossi’s Ices, representing the fourth generation of the family business. Eager to learn every aspect of ice cream making, Aimee works closely with her father to master the craft and continue the Rossi’s tradition. When she’s not at the parlour, Aimee loves spending time outdoors with her husband and their dogs, exploring and hiking around Dorset.
