The Garden of Eden
What you’ll need:
Viper Gin 25ml
Elderflower liqueur 10ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 5ml
Saltwater 1 drop
Cold prosecco to top up.
Method:
Shake the first four ingredients together and strain into a flute glass.
Add the prosecco and garnish with a sprig of lavender.
Old Testament
What you will need:
25ml Viper Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Ice Cider
one dash celery bitters
Method:
Stir down and fine strain into a Coupette. Garnish with cinnamon
This one is strong and bitter- a Negroni riff.
