For the third year in a row, The Half Moon has been awarded the Gold Award in the Dining Pub category of the Taste of the West 2022 Hospitality & Retail Awards – a fantastic achievement for all – well done!
Launched in 1991, the Taste of the West is the largest independent food organisation, supporting and promoting local food producers and the businesses that serve and sell quality products. The Taste of the West Awards take place annually and offer a quality accreditation to establishments and producers across the West Country, so consumers know they are tasting the very best that is on offer.
The Half Moon has won the Gold Award for the third year running and is proud to be continuing their relationships with Dorset’s fantastic local producers. The quality of the food and drink reflects the incredible menus on offer which features delights from across the county. The bar at the Half Moon also represents local gems, including gins, vodka, and ale directly from our brewery – JC & RH Palmers of Bridport.
