Spring is an exciting time at Furleigh Vineyard as new buds start to appear on the vines, marking the start of their growing season.
May will bring with it flowering, followed by a good fruit set, so its a wonderful time of year to enjoy the vineyard tours.
Furleigh tours include time – not only in the vineyard, learning about their grape varieties and vineyard tasks, but also in the winery where you will learn about how they make the wines.
The tour is followed by a tutored tasting of 3 or 5 wines in their Cellar Door (number of wines dependent on whether you book a Classic or Grand Tour).
Furleigh’s Classic Tours run twice a day (10.30 am & 2.30 pm) on Wednesdays and the Grand Tours twice a day on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Alternatively you can book a private group tour on Tuesdays.
