A refreshing cocktail featuring Dorset honey and gin with both sweet and sour notes.
Ingredients:
50ml Dorset Dry Gin – get some from Conker Spirit
25ml fresh lemon juice
25ml honey – get local honey from Filberts of Dorset.
Method:
Take the Dorset Dry Gin, fresh lemon juice and your tastiest honey and shake without ice to dissolve. Add ice and shake to chill and then pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon or orange.
