This collaboration, created by Weymouth 51 and Fordington Gin allows you to have a real taste of Dorset, combining the warmth of the region’s famous chillis with the subtle flavour of Fordington’s signature gin.
Both Weymouth 51 and Fordington Gin are well respected local producers in their own right. Weymouth 51 are famous for their artisan chilli sauces, while Fordington Gin has numerous awards to their name, so it is no wonder that this partnership is a match made in heaven. The truly handmade nature of Weymouth 51’s sauces and the attention to detail from the team at Fordington Gin means that this is a very special product.
The gin which is available online now from both Weymouth 51 and Fordington Gin is described as having a subtle and invigorating taste with an elegant and complex heat. By using Dorset Naga chillis and Fordington’s uniquely distilled blend of distinctive flavours together, this is the real taste of Dorset.
Available in both 70cl and 35cl, the gins are all handcrafted in small batches and are 100% vegan.
