Explore Dorset’s wineries in new book Watercress, Willow and Wine

A new book coming out on 15th September and celebrating the brilliance of English wines features some of Dorset’s finest wine producers and their use of local ingredients. Written by wine expert and owner of Love Wine Food Ltd, Cindy-Marie Harvey, the book is a celebration of Britain’s incredible natural larder.

The book features Dorset Food and Drink’s Furleigh Estate, Bride Valley and Langham Wine Estate, as well as a host of local Dorset produce, including cheese from the Book and Bucket Cheese Company.

Furleigh Estate can be found on a former dairy farm with wines ranging from an aptly named Tyrannosaurus Red and a popular sparkling wine which has wowed champagne lovers. Bride Valley is the product of a couple who love both wine and sustainability, and together they released their first wines in 2014. Langham on the other hand is where you’ll find one of the UK’s youngest head wine makers, Tommy Grimshaw.

With recipes and profiles on Dorset’s best loved businesses, Watercress, Willow and Wine is the perfect gift for the foodie in your life.
