When it comes to BBQs, we know it is all about the burgers and sausages, but what about afters? Why not indulge your sweet tooth and dine alfresco with this gooey, chocolatey treat?

Ingredients

200g chocolate
2bsp full fat milk
350g mini marshmallows

Put a real Dorset twist on it by buying your chocolate from here and your milk from here. You can even grab Dorset made biscuits to dip in here.

Method:

Heat the chocolate, milk and 200g of the marshmallows in an ovenproof frying pan over a low heat until melted and smooth – if you’re doing this over an open flame or on the BBQ make sure that adults keep an eye on the kids at all times!

Once it is all melted, top with the remaining marshmallows until the whole surface is covered and then grill for 2 minutes until marshmallows are toasted. Serve with plain or digestive biscuits to dunk.
