For a refreshing drink to enjoy this summer, give this a try, full of fruity and fresh flavours, this is a great option for those warm evenings with friends.
Ingredients:
1 peach
200g strawberries
1 Granny Smith apple (or similar)
5g fresh mint
White wine
100ml elderflower cordial
100ml sparkling water
250g ice cubes
Pick up your wine from one of these producers, you can get your fruit and mint locally too.
Method:
Stone the peach and cut into 8 wedges. Hull and quarter the strawberries, core and thinly slice the apple. Place these into a 2ltr jug with the mint and add 250g ice cubes. Pour the wine over the top and add the elderflower cordial. Stir together and then top up with sparkling water to taste.
