From Chutney, jam and marmalade to Dorset Naga Chilli sauce and award winning Dorset Sea salted Caramel we make all our tastiness in deepest darkest Dorset using wherever possible fabulous local ingredients.
We use Dorset bred and grown Naga Chillies for our sauce, the awesome blueberries from Puddletown, aubergines from a local organic grower and when in season local soft fruits for our jams. The range of handmade preserves, chutneys, jams, marmalades, mustards and sauces are made with great care and attention to detail in the heart of the Dorset countryside, including the new Mooless Dairy Free range. All sauces contain little or no added sugars, preservatives or colours with only natural ingredients being used. Where possible, all ingredients are locally grown or sourced, with many ingredients being grown in the garden of our jammery or a local allotment from the neighbourhood.
Small but perfectly formed means we can keep the batches small to maintain flavour, appearance, aroma and quality without using any artificial stuff!
Ajar Of products can be found at a range of stockists across the south west as well as at food events, farmers’ markets and other festivals across the region. Stockists include the National Trust stores at Kingston Lacy, Studland and Stourhead as well as at farm shops and garden centres in Dorset and cafes, restaurants and hotels in the region. You will also find them at Award Deli in Dubai, the UAE.
