Congratulations to our Dorset Food and Drink members who have been recognised by the judges at the international Great Taste Awards.
The results come after 86 days of judging across the UK, with all entries being blind tasted by 355 judges including food critics, chefs, restaurateurs, retail buyers, journalists and social media influencers. This year, there were 78 winners from across Dorset with our members making up the list.
All Great Taste award winners are able to display the award’s logo, highlighting the quality of the products. The highest award on offer, the Three Star Award was received by just 2% of the entrants – three of our members, Capreolus Fine Foods, the Wasabi Company and Hollis Mead Organic Dairy all received Three Stars, with the team at Capreolus gaining two of the coveted awards!
